CBS Pumps Up TV.com to Create a Destination to rival Hulu

When the CBS Corporation bought CNet for .8 billion last year, it acquired TV.com, a Web site that had little to brag about except a valuable domain name. Now CBS is transforming it into a video destination. Today CBS will announce deals with PBS, Sony, MGM, Endemol, USA and Showtime that will expand its free ad-supported online library.
