Google Launches Its ISP Throttling Detector, aka M-Lab

With its partners on this project, the New America Foundation’s Open Technology Institute and the PlanetLab Consortium. M-Lab is designed to be “an open platform that researchers can use to deploy Internet measurement tools. Google will work with researchers to help them develop relevant Internet measurement tools.
