Group of economists argue for an even bigger bailout bill
A non-profit coalition of mainly liberal economists is planning a conference (“Thinking Big, Thinking Forward”) to argue for a bailout of around .2T, and has invited Vice President Biden to give the keynote address. No word yet if he will accept. This is no fringe group – it is headed by John Podesta, an influential Obama adviser.
