Guantanamo Case Files in Disarray
Just how incompetent was the Bush Administration? President Obama’s plans to close the Guantanamo Bay military prison were set back last week when incoming officials discovered that there were no comprehensive case files on many of the detainees. Instead, they found that information on prisoners is “scattered throughout the executive branch.”
