Fla. man accused of samurai attack on girlfriend

Police say 37-year-old Edwin Rennolds III of Clearwater slashed his girlfriend in the forehead over the weekend with a samurai. He’s also charged with tampering with physical evidence for allegedly trying to cover the crime up.
