House Republicans Bracing for More Losses in 2010

A Diageo/Hotline Poll released this week shows that 49% of voters approve of the job Democrats are doing in Congress, with only 38% disapproving. According to that same poll, only 26% of voters approve of the GOP’s performance. When respondents were asked which party they’d be more likely to support in 2010, Democrats won out by 24 points, 46%-22%.
