Report: Amphetamines Still in Play in MLB

106 players filed paperwork (therapeutic use exemption, or TUE) claiming to have ADD, excusing themselves from punishment if a laboratory encountered signs of Adderall (made with Amphetamines salts) in their samples. That’s up from 103 in 2007 and 28 in 2006 (the year the ban on Amphetamines went into place).
