The least surprising news of the day is that David Bowie is not resurrecting his Ziggy Stardust character for this year’s Coachella. A representative for the star told NME.com that he has “no plans to play” the festival this year. There will also be no repeat performances from Daft Punk and Radiohead, at least not this year.
